Create an account with role and institution scope

New users are now registered as real platform accounts. The selected school or organisation is saved to the account, and learner class membership can be linked by a class code shared by the lecturer.

This selection controls data visibility. A lecturer from one school will not see the classes or students of another school.

Class code, if provided by lecturer

Learners can join a class using the lecturer's class code. If left empty, the learner is placed in the institution's unassigned learner group.
